Die Salzflocken werden von einem kleinen Familienbetrieb auf Zypern nach traditionellen Verfahren hergestellt. Indem die Lake langsam erhitzt wird, bilden sich die großen pyramidenförmigen Kristalle aus, die dann sorgfältig von Hand geerntet werden.
Die Flocken haben einen reinen, feinen und subtilen Geschmack. Sie sind das perfekte Tafelsalz – sie sind leicht von Hand zu zerkrümeln, schmelzen unter der Zunge und haben eine wundervolle, leicht knusprige Konsistenz.
